I recommend these workshops for young learners.

We have Mad Science come to our school as an annual program to enrich our science curriculum. The scientists are funny, engaging, and understand the developmental level of the students they are working with. I highly recommend PTO group support bringing Mad Science into the schools.

Mad Science came to our school in Augusta and did a whole workshop on Fun-damental forces for our fourth graders. Students learned about gravity, inertia, and centripetal force. They were then able to use a coin spinning vortex, balancing sticks, and numerous other hands-on materials to investigate the different forces. The students were very engaged and loved the entire workshop. I would definitely recommend the program to other schools.
